When bringing your own modem/router, you need to make sure it meets the requirements of your new Leaptel connection.
Please check your modem/router:
- is fully compatible with nbn® technology. See our website for further information
- can deliver the full speeds of your Mbps/Mbps plan. If you need help, check out our advice for choosing the right router. Older routers may not be capable of delivering the full maximum speeds by ethernet and/or Wi-Fi
- will be available when any technicians attend your property (if required) to connect your service
